I was born in Mexico City. & In 2008 we moved to Todos Santos, B.C.S. It was here where I learned to make crafts with seeds, stones, wire and threads. Artisan friends who came every high season from different parts of the republic were the ones who taught me different techniques. 7 years ago I met Rubén Reyes, my ceramics teacher, for more than 4 years, & in the last 3 years he continues to be my greatest source of knowledge. Contact with the earth has led me to look for my own mud here in Baja. I searched and tested streams, valleys & mountains. & After two years I finally found the right clay to be able to do this magic & create my beautiful clay pieces I love being connected to the land of Baja & my roots.
